(a)
In order to minimize obstruction of the library entrance and maximize
the safety and convenience of library patrons, the following activities
within 25 feet of the areas for entrance into the public library and
within the entire footprint of the building are strictly prohibited:
skateboarding, bicycle riding, the parking of bicycles or other objects
which obstruct the entranceway, roller-blading, roller-skating, and
game playing of any kind which interferes with ingress and egress
of patrons.
(b)
Police officers or any other authorized officers may issue a citation
for any violation of this section. Persons receiving said citations
shall be deemed to have committed an infraction and shall be fined
in accordance with the lowest fine on the Superior Court infraction
form.
