[Adopted as Ch. 3, Art. 2 of the 1972 City Code]
The Board shall consist of five members to be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. The members shall serve staggered terms of four years each so that there will be an overlapping of tenures, with the terms of two members expiring at the end of one two-year period and the terms of three members expiring at the end of the following two-year period.
The Board shall elect a Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary, each of whom shall serve for one calendar year next succeeding his election.
Any Board member who has missed three consecutive regularly scheduled meetings without due cause shall be deemed to have forfeited their seat on the Board.
