A.
McLean County recognizes that, due to the uniqueness of certain tracts of land, strict adherence to this chapter would not allow the best utilization of the property. For this reason, planned unit developments are allowed to let developers incorporate certain unique design features into a proposed development. The owner or developer shall submit plans and specifications according to this chapter for review by staff and recommendation to the Committee and ultimately the full County Board for final approval.
B.
