Where a house is located more than 300 feet from a roadway, the house need not be marked; however, if more than one house is located on a common drive, all houses must be marked so as to be visible from the lane or common drive. Where access is by means of a private road and the building cannot be viewed from a public way, a monument, pole or other sign or means shall be used to identify the structure.

No judgment shall be imposed until the date of the determination of the violation by the Magisterial District Judge. If the defendant neither pays nor timely appeals the judgment, the Township may enforce the judgment pursuant to the applicable Rules of Civil Procedure.
