A.
The use
of all types of tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes
and chewing tobacco or snuff, is strictly prohibited. This prohibition
applies to all premises under the control of the School Board, whether
owned or rented. The prohibition applies at all times, covers faculty,
staff, students and all other persons who enter school buildings or
grounds, and applies to all school-sponsored athletic or extracurricular
events.
B.
The City
of Manawa establishes a bond amount of $30 for this offense, which
would, when the fine is added to court costs, require a person violating
this section to pay a fine amount of $109 for a first-offense violation
of this section.
