The Borough Council designates the Borough Clerk or Deputy Borough
Clerk of the Borough of Eatontown as the person having the authority
to approve the granting of raffle licenses pursuant to the terms of
N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1.
The Borough Clerk shall file a certified copy of this article
with the New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.
