No person shall post, attach or in any manner affix any poster,
banner, handbill, advertisement of any kind or nature whatsoever to,
on or in any public or private property unless authorized in writing
by the owner of such property to do so. The signatures of a majority
of the members of the Board of Selectmen shall be required in the
case of Town owned property.

Political signs may be placed only on private property and only
with the permission of the property owner.

Yard sale signs shall only be placed on private property and
only with the permission of the property owner. Yard sale signs shall
be removed no later than two days following the date of the yard sale.
Yard sale sign shall not be allowed on public property or utility
poles.
