[Adopted 9-18-1990]
No official, agent, or employee of the Town of East Haddam shall
issue a zoning permit, building permit, certificate of occupancy,
new sanitary system permit, or any other permit for improvements pertaining
to real property on which there are property taxes past due. Said
improvements shall not include simple maintenance of existing structures.
