§ 66-2 Appointment; duties.

The Select Board shall appoint each year an Inspector of Buildings. His responsibilities are described in Chapter 250, Zoning, § 250-2, Administration.

§ 66-3 Inspector of Plumbing.

[Added 5-3-1982 ATM by Art. 13]

The Inspector of Buildings, in accordance with the provisions of MGL c. 142, § 11, shall appoint annually an Inspector of Plumbing, who shall carry out his duties as set forth in said statute.
