No dealer in junk, old metals or secondhand articles shall collect
or keep such articles in the Town of Bolton, except as otherwise authorized
by law, without a license from the Select Board.

The Select Board, after notice and hearing, may revoke any such
license for cause.

The fee for such license shall be at a rate set annually by
the Select Board.
