A. Pursuant to the directive of the Government Records Council, the
cost to be charged for copying municipal records shall be the actual
cost of copying such records. As defined by the Government Records
Council, "actual cost" is limited to the cost of paper and toner as
calculated by the formula issued by the Government Records Council.
B. Actual costs for documents or photographs reproduced by an outside
vendor shall be the costs charged by the vendor.
C. The cost for the reproduction of an audio recording shall be the
cost of the tape or disc.

A. This imposes a service fee of $20 for any check which
is submitted in payment to Chester Township and returned to the Township
for nonpayment for the reason of insufficient funds.
B. After the adoption of this section, any individual
from which the Township receives checks which are returned for insufficient
funds on more than two occasions shall be required in the future to
be paid by certified check or cash.

A. The fee for production of a duplicate tax bill shall be $5.
B. The fee for calculations for redemption of tax sale certificates
shall be as follows:
(1) Any party entitled to redeem a tax sale certificate shall receive
at no cost two calculations of the amount required for redemption
in a calendar year. Each subsequent request for a redemption calculation
in a calendar year by an entitled party shall cost $50 per calculation.
(2) An "entitled party" is:
(c)
Holder of any prior outstanding tax lien certificate.
(e)
Occupant of land sold for municipal taxes.
(f)
Assessment for benefits pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-7 or other
municipal charges.

The Chester Township Summer Recreation Camp fee schedule shall
be established by the Township Council by resolution.
A. Camp Achieve children may attend the Chester Township Summer Recreation
Camp. However, only children with an IEP that specifically states
that the camp is part of their plan and is important to a child's
development may attend the camp with reduced camp fees. A written
recommendation for camp attendance from the Chester School District's
Child Study Coordinator suggesting a fifty-percent reduction in the
camp fee shall be considered by the subcommittee.
B. All requests for waiver or reduction of summer camp fees shall be
reviewed by the Chester Township Summer Recreation Camp Committee
and shall be decided by that Committee. Criteria for waiver or reduction
of such fees shall be established by the Township Council by resolution.
