1.
The compensation of the elected Tax Collector of the Township of
Harrison, taking office the first Monday of January 2014 as tax collector
for said Township be and the same is fixed and determined at 1% of
said Township taxes collected and remitted by said Tax Collector during
the term of office for which the Tax Collector was elected, subject
to a maximum of $10,000 as provided by the Local Tax Collection Law.
