It shall be the policy of the Township, as it has been in the
past, that the Township Commissioners will consider accepting a road
or street as a Township road or street when the road or street is
built according to plans previously approved by the Township Commissioners
and according to Township specifications and upon the construction
of houses or other buildings on at least 25% of the lineal frontage
of the properties facing the road or street.
