It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle to park or to remain
parked in an alleyway within the Borough of Conshohocken if such vehicle
is parked in such manner as to impair or impede the clear passage
of emergency vehicles and/or if such vehicle is parked in such manner
as to reduce the clear drive aisle of the alleyway to less than 10
feet in width.

Any vehicle parked in violation of this Part may, in addition
to any other penalty provided under this Part, be towed and removed
in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter regarding towing.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall park, or cause to be parked, any vehicle in violation of the terms set forth under § 15-1101 may be prosecuted for such violation by the Conshohocken Police Department and shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed $100 plus costs.
