The purpose of this district is to provide retail shopping and service facilities that serve the needs of all residents of the Township in locations along collector streets in the Township that provide access from all areas of the community and minimize traffic impacts of larger-scale commercial developments on local streets.
In the C-2 Community Shopping District, only the following uses are authorized:

In the C-2 Community Shopping District, all uses shall be subject to the following regulations, except as they may be modified by the express standards and criteria for the specific conditional uses and uses by special exception contained in Article XV.
