[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dundee 5-13-1975 by L.L. No. 1-1975 as Art. VI of Ch. 65 of the 1975 Village of Dundee Municipal Code. Sections 94-3 and 94-4 amended at time of adoption of Code; see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II. Other amendments noted where applicable.]

Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 130.
No person shall cast, throw or cause to be cast or thrown any snowball or other missile in any public street, lane or alley in the village or play at any game of ball by throwing, bouncing, kicking, knocking or catching the same in any public street, lane or alley in the village.[1]

No person shall ride a bicycle as defined in the Vehicle and Traffic Law § 102 who is over 12 years of age on any public sidewalk within the village.
No person shall permanently post bills or erect signboards within the village without first obtaining permission from the Board of Trustees, and such bills and signboards shall be timely removed.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 1-6, Penalties for offenses, of Chapter 1, General Provisions, of this Code.
