A.
The premises acquired by the Village for parking lots and so designated
herein are for the parking of motor vehicles and other vehicles.
A.
Overnight parking in the designated municipal parking lots of motor
vehicles or other vehicles in excess of 10,000 pounds shall be prohibited
(except when permitted during natural disasters as declared by the
Village Board of Trustees).
B.
No motor vehicles or other vehicles shall be left in any municipal
parking lot for more than 24 hours.
C.
The repair of motor vehicles or other vehicles in any designated
municipal parking lot is prohibited, except to the extent necessary
to move a parked vehicle which has become disabled since entry into
the parking lot.
D.
The storage of any unregistered motor vehicle or other vehicle in
any designated municipal parking lot is prohibited.
E.
The parking lot at 12 - 18 Union Street is "No Through Traffic" from
Union Street to Spring Street.
F.
Tractor trailer trucks are prohibited from using the parking lot
at 12 - 18 Union Street.
