[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Dundee 10-12-2010 by Res. No. 2010-27. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The following Road Preservation Use and Repair Agreement[1] is hereby adopted as a policy by the Village Board of
Trustees for the purpose of maintaining the safety and general conditions
of Village roads and Village rights-of-way when subject to use by
vehicles and equipment associated with industrial operations.
