A. 
A permit shall be obtained for each installation and use of liquefied petroleum gas employing a container, regardless of size or capacity. Plans and specifications shall be submitted to the Commissioner before installation.
B. 
Installation and use of liquefied petroleum gas in schools, hospitals, sanitariums, theaters, restaurants, hotels, motels, churches, taverns, nightclubs, recreational areas or places of public assembly is prohibited.
