A. Membership. The Board of Review shall consist of the Village President,
the Clerk-Treasurer, two Village Board members and one Village resident.
The Village Board members and the citizen member shall be appointed
annually by the Village President, subject to confirmation by the
Village Board. The Village Assessor shall attend all meetings of the
Board of Review.
B. Salary. Each member of the Board of Review, except the Clerk-Treasurer,
shall be paid $40 per year.
C. Powers and duties. The Board of Review shall have the powers and
duties prescribed in § 70.47, Wis. Stats.
D. Confidentiality of income and expense information provided Assessor.
Whenever the Assessor, in the performance of the Assessor's duties,
requests or obtains income and expense information that is provided
to the Assessor, it shall be held by the Assessor on a confidential
basis, except, however, that the information may be revealed to and
used by persons in the discharging of duties imposed by law; in the
discharge of duties imposed by office (including, but not limited
to, use by the Assessor in performance of its official duties of the
Assessor's office and use by the Board of Review in performance of
its official duties); or pursuant to order of a court. Income and
expense information provided to the Assessor under § 70.47(7)(af),
Wis. Stats., unless a court determines that it is inaccurate, is,
per § 70.47(7)(af), not subject to the right of inspection
and copying under § 19.35(1), Wis Stats.
The Village Board shall constitute the Fremont Sewer Commission.

A. Membership. The Joint Sewage Commission consists of three Village
members, three Orihula Sanitary District members and two Wolf River
Sanitary District members. The Village members should consist of a
minimum of one Village Board member, one Village of Fremont resident
and the third member can be either a Village Board member or a resident
from the Village of Fremont and shall be appointed for staggered four-year
terms by the Village President, subject to confirmation by the Village
Board.
B. Powers and duties. The Commission shall have the powers and duties
set forth in the agreement entered into between the Village and the
participating sanitary districts.

The Emergency Medical Services Board shall consist of three members
from the Village Board and the Town Boards from the Towns of Fremont
and Wolf River. The Village Board members shall be appointed by the
Village President, subject to confirmation by the Village Board.

duties. The representatives shall have the powers and duties set forth
in the agreement entered into between the Village and the participating
towns.

A. Membership.
The Room Tax Commission shall consist of one member of the Village
Board and members of the Towns of Fremont, Wolf River and the Fremont
Chamber of Commerce. The Village Board member shall be appointed by
the Village President, subject to confirmation by the Village Board.
B. Powers and duties. The Room Tax Commission shall have the powers and duties set forth in Chapter
65, Article
II, Hotel and Motel Room Tax and Permits.

A. Membership.
The Library Board shall consist of one Village Board member and three
other members, appointed by the Village President, subject to confirmation
by the Village Board, for staggered three-year terms. The School Administrator
from the Weyauwega-Fremont School District shall appoint one member.
Members shall be residents of the Village of Fremont, except that
not more than two members may be residents of other municipalities.
B. Powers
and duties. The Library Board shall meet monthly and review and approve
operations of the library.
