A. Except for restrictions upon the use of annual and personal leave, any restrictions on participation in the plans authorized by §
50-61, the inability to use the grievance procedures, and as otherwise expressly limited or excluded by this Personnel Ordinance, a probationary employee shall enjoy all other fringe benefits of an employee in the Town's service.
B. While in a probationary period upon initial employment, no employee
shall be entitled to a salary raise other than an increase resulting
from adjustments to the pay plan.
