Each supervisor has an affirmative duty to maintain a workplace
free from sexual harassment and to assure all employees that they
are not required to endure insulting, degrading, or exploitative sexual
harassment.
A supervisor, agent, or other employee shall not engage in sexual
harassment of any other employee or applicant for employment.
Any supervisor, agent, or other employee who is found, after
appropriate investigation, to have engaged in sexual harassment of
another employee or who has filed a false complaint of sexual harassment
will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action depending on the
circumstances, up to and including dismissal.
There will be no discrimination or recrimination against any
employee for making a report of sexual harassment, unless such report
was knowingly and intentionally made in a false manner.
