Conditional uses. In addition to the conditional uses specified in §
163-142, additional uses which may be permitted in the multiple-family residential districts as conditional uses, subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit as provided in Part
5, Article
XXVI, at the end of this chapter, are set forth in the Residential Land Use Schedule appearing at the end of this chapter. Additionally, uses permitted as conditional uses in the Neighborhood Commercial-1 District, subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit as provided in Part
5, Article
XXVI, as set forth in the Commercial Land Use Schedule at the end of this chapter, shall be permitted as conditional uses on the south side
of Atlantic Avenue between the west side of Vermont Avenue and the
east side of Connecticut Avenue for a distance of 100 feet south of
the property lines parallel with the Atlantic Avenue right-of-way
and on the north side of Atlantic Avenue between the east side of
Delaware Avenue and the west side of Massachusetts Avenue for a distance
of 100 feet north of the property lines parallel with the Atlantic
Avenue right-of-way.
