Following the adoption of this chapter (October 2, 2006), any use or structure which does not conform to the use provisions of §§
274-18 and
274-19 shall become a nonconforming use or structure, regardless of its conformance without consideration of this chapter. The expansion or continuance of said nonconforming use or structure shall be governed by the requirements of Article
XVI of Chapter
455, Zoning, of the Code of the Township of Easttown. However, the Zoning Hearing Board shall also ensure that the standards contained in this chapter are applied to the expansion or continuance of said nonconforming use or structure.
