The annual compensation of the Mayor shall be in an amount as
shall be determined from time to time by resolution of the Board of
Trustees in accordance with all applicable laws.
The annual compensation of each Trustee shall be in an amount
as shall be determined from time to time by resolution of the Board
of Trustees in accordance with all applicable laws.
