The cost of all public notices and clerical cost of the Commission shall be paid by the cable service provider(s).
Whenever a cable contract involves the use, rental, lease or sale of rights or interest in real or personal property of the City of Melrose, the Cable Television Commission shall conduct a public hearing and shall, within 60 days of the completion of the hearing, make recommendations to the Mayor and the City Council as to the terms and conditions of the disposition for their final approval as required under MGL c. 40, § 3.[1]
