The erection of signs on Mountain Avenue at the elementary school
to post the speed limit of 15 miles per hour established per § 1180(c)(1)
of the Vehicle and Traffic Law is hereby directed.
C.
Forty-five miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed
at which vehicle may proceed along State Highway Route 59 in the Village
of Hillburn between the boundary line of the Village of Hillburn and
the Village of Suffern to the south and the intersection of Route
59 and New York State Route 17 on the north.
