Village of Mineola, NY Article IX Homestead and Nonhomestead Base Proportions

§ 470-52 Adoption of standards; applicability.

A. The provisions of § 1903 of the New York State Real Property Tax Law concerning homestead base proportions and nonhomestead base proportions are hereby adopted.

B. The homestead base proportions and nonhomestead base proportions shall be established by resolution of the Incorporated Village of Mineola Board of Trustees in accordance with the Rules of the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance and shall apply to taxes levied on the 2008/2009 final assessment roll and to taxes levied on subsequent rolls until this article shall be repealed.
