A. 
All vehicular traffic moving north over the Erie Railroad Crossing from the Borough of Rutherford into the Borough of East Rutherford on Park Avenue shall not be permitted to make any left-hand turn into Railroad Avenue between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. daily, prevailing time, except Sunday and holidays.
B. 
All vehicular traffic entering Paterson Avenue from Cornelia Street shall make a right turn only.
C. 
All vehicles entering Paterson Avenue from Herrick Street shall make a right turn only.
D. 
The center lane of the intersection of Hoboken Road and Hackensack Avenue shall be reserved for left-hand movements only.
E. 
There shall be no left-hand turn from Paterson Avenue onto Garden Street during peak traffic hours, defined as 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

All vehicles entering Paterson Avenue from any parking lot serving any commercial premises located on the north side of Paterson Avenue between Hackensack Street and Vreeland Avenue shall be prohibited from making a left turn onto Paterson Avenue and shall make a right turn only.

I. 
No person shall use the northbound right lane of Carlton Avenue from its south terminus to its intersection with Herrick Street for any turning movements other than a right hand turn only onto Herrick Street in the Borough of East Rutherford.

J. 
The two existing eastbound lanes of Paterson Avenue approaching the traffic signal at Mount Pleasant Avenue in Wallington will be designated as follows:

(1) 
The left lane (the northmost lane) will be designated as "left turn only" onto Mount Pleasant Avenue, Wallington.
(2) 
The right lane (the southmost lane) will be designated "thru traffic."
K. 
No person shall make a right turn on red signal, from eastbound on Paterson Avenue, to southbound on Herrick Street, and a traffic sign implementing same will be placed at said intersection.

L. 
There shall be no left-hand turn from the parking lot at the southeast corner of Route 17 South and the intersection of East Union Avenue onto East Union Avenue.

M. 
Except as otherwise provided in this Subsection M, no vehicle traveling on Paterson Avenue may enter or otherwise utilize the bus-only cut-through lane connecting Paterson Avenue and Hoboken Road. This Subsection M shall not apply to buses operated by New Jersey Transit or to emergency vehicles.

N. 
No vehicle traveling on Hoboken Road shall enter or otherwise utilize the bus-only cut-through lane connecting Paterson Avenue and Hoboken Road.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any vehicle having a carrying capacity of 3.5 tons or over to be used, driven or operated upon any street or public roadway within the Borough of East Rutherford, excepting the following streets or roadways:
(1) 
Carlton Avenue.
(2) 
Central Avenue between Herman Street and Poplar Street.
(3) 
Hackensack Street.
(4) 
Herman Street between Railroad Avenue and Central Avenue.
(5) 
Madison Street.
(6) 
Union Avenue.
(7) 
Paterson Avenue.
(8) 
Railroad Avenue.
B. 
Signs shall be placed along the streets of East Rutherford, at such locations as may be required by law, clearly designating the restrictions set forth in this § 285-7 and prohibiting vehicles in excess of the capacity described in Subsection A on any of the streets or public roadways of the municipality, in compliance with Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey.
C. 
No tractor, steamroller, steam shovel or similar type heavy vehicle, machinery or equipment shall hereafter be operated, driven, propelled or conveyed through or over the streets, roads or highways of the Borough of East Rutherford except those streets, roads or highways specifically enumerated in Subsection A hereof, and except those other streets within the Borough of East Rutherford on which construction or repair work is in progress in connection with the aforementioned vehicles, machinery or equipment are actually engaged.
D. 
Notwithstanding Subsection A, all vehicles mentioned in Subsection A hereof may, however, enter and be operated upon any street, road, or highway within the Borough of East Rutherford for the purpose of receiving from or delivering to a building or premises, located on such street, road, or highway, any goods, wares, materials, supplies, merchandise or other property provided that:
(1) 
Each such vehicle shall have documentation demonstrating that the address for delivery or pickup is on the street upon which the vehicle is traveling; and
(2) 
The vehicle is travelling on the most direct route to its destination.
E. 
All trucks having a total combined gross weight of vehicle plus load in excess of four tons shall be excluded from through travel and operation on Hoboken Road in the Borough of East Rutherford.
F. 
Trucks having a total combined gross weight of vehicle plus load in excess of four tons shall be permitted to travel and operate upon State Highway Route 17 in the Borough of East Rutherford.
G. 
Deliveries and pickups as referenced in Subsection A shall be limited to be made between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 10:59 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

H. 
No person shall accept a delivery of or make available for pickup any goods, wares, materials, supplies, merchandise or other property at a time not authorized under Subsection G to or from any premises located on any street described in Subsection A.
A. 
No vehicular traffic shall proceed through the following streets between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on any and every day that the public schools of the Borough of East Rutherford shall be in session:

B. 
Any and every police officer, any and every Borough Marshal and any and every special marshal of the Borough are hereby authorized to place, at either or both points of the entrance to said streets, appropriate barriers to prevent the entrance of motor vehicles and other vehicles into and upon said street during the hours and upon the days hereinabove specified.
C. 
Signs shall be placed at both vehicular entrances to said streets in the type and manner required by N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27, which signs shall have written thereon the following message:

D. 
The provisions hereto shall not apply to any person, firm or corporation who or which shall operate upon, across or within said streets during the time hereinabove prohibited a motor vehicle destined to or originating from any lands and premises abutting the aforesaid streets.
E. 
No vehicular traffic shall proceed through Wall Street between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on any and every day that the public schools of the Borough of East Rutherford shall be in session, except for traffic destined to, or originating from, any lands and premises abutting the aforesaid street and to vehicles entering such street for the purpose of dropoff or pickup of children at the McKenzie School site.[1]

A. 
It shall be unlawful to drive or operate a motor vehicle of any nature or kind, including mopeds or motorized bicycles, on any Borough street at a speed in excess of 20 miles per hour.
B. 
It shall be unlawful to drive or operate a motor vehicle of any nature or kind, including mopeds or motorized bicycles, on Madison Street at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour.

C. 
It shall be unlawful to drive or operate a motor vehicle of any nature or kind, including mopeds or motorized bicycles, on Laurel Place in excess of 15 miles per hour.
D. 
It shall be unlawful to drive or operate a motor vehicle of any nature or kind, including mopeds or motorized bicycles, on Washington Place and Lincoln Place at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour.
