The zoning law adopted by the city on November 12, 1993, as
amended subsequently from time to time, is hereby repealed as to the
effective date of this law. Such repeal shall not affect or impair
any act done, offense committed or right accrued or acquired, or liability,
penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred prior to the time such
repeal takes place.
