The owners or custodians of livestock in West Norriton Township
are hereby required to take all precautions necessary to prevent the
same from escaping from the premises where they are kept or maintained
and/or from wandering at large upon other properties.

Any person, partnership, association or corporation violating
any of the provisions of this Part 3 shall forfeit and pay a fine
or penalty of not more than $600 to West Norriton Township, the same
to be collected by a proceeding before a District Justice in said
Township, or recovered as debts of like amount are now by law recoverable,
and, in default of the payment of such fine, shall be liable to imprisonment
of not more than 30 days in the Montgomery County Prison. Whenever
such person, partnership, association or corporation shall have been
notified by West Norriton Township, through its duly constituted representatives,
or by service of summons or prosecution, or in any other way that
such violation has been committed, each day that such person shall
continue in such violation, shall constitute an additional offense
punishable by a like fine or penalty.
