This article shall be known and may be cited as "Local Law No.
1 of the Year 2001 to Set the Date for Hearing Before the Board of
Assessment Review."
When the Town of Webb has an Assessor who is also an Assessor
for another assessing unit, then, in that event and pursuant to § 512,
Subdivision 1-a, of the Real Property Tax Law, the day for the Board
of Assessment Review to hear complaints shall be the first Tuesday
following the day which is set by statute in the Real Property Tax
Law.
