During the period from June 15 to September 15 each year, inclusive
of such dates, no person shall tie up, park, place, moor or leave
a boat, rowboat, canoe or vessel, as that term is defined in the Navigation
Law of the State of New York, on or at any dock, pier, wharf, breakwater,
dam, boardwalk or other facility owned or controlled by the Town of
Webb on the Old Forge Pond at any time between the hours of 12:00
midnight and 6:00 a.m.
The Supervisor of the Town of Webb shall obtain and erect appropriate signs delineating the areas described in §
316-1 hereof and giving notice of the regulations set forth herein.

Any violation of this article shall constitute an offense, punishable
by a fine of $250 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 15
days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
This article shall take effect upon compliance by the Town with
the provisions of § 133 of the Town Law.

The prohibitions of this article shall not apply to a boat,
rowboat, canoe or vessel owned or operated by a fire district, fire
company, law enforcement entity, or political subdivision of the state.

Signs shall be posted giving notice of the prohibitions on parking,
launching and mooring on the above-specified portion of Lake Trail.
This article shall take effect forthwith, upon compliance by
the Town Board and Town offices with the provisions of § 133
of the Town Law.
