The basic maximum income eligibility level for persons 65 years
of age or older shall be $18,000 and real property owned by one or
more persons, each of whom is sixty-five years of age or older, and
meet the qualifying standards established by New York Real Property
Tax Law § 467, shall be exempt from taxation by the Town
of Webb to the extent of 50% of the assessed valuation thereof if
the income of the owner, or the combined income of the owners of the
property, for the tax year immediately preceding the date of the application,
does not exceed the sum of $18,000.
The maximum income eligibility level for taxation by the Town
of Webb shall be increased for qualified owners in accordance with
the following schedule:
