A. 
It shall be unlawful for a person to:
(1) 
Interfere with, hinder, or molest an Animal Control Officer, law enforcement officer, or his/her designee in the performance of his/her duties;
(2) 
Remove or attempt to remove any animal from any vehicle or trap used by an Animal Control Officer or his/her designee;
(3) 
Release or attempt to release any animal in a vehicle, trap, or in the custody of an Animal Control Officer, or his/her designee; or
(4) 
Conceal or falsely deny ownership of an animal to any person authorized to enforce this chapter or state law regarding animals.
B. 
A violation of this article is a Class C violation.
