Borough of Summit Hill, PA Article VIII General Provisions

§ 17-46 Repealer; severability; conflict with other provisions.

A. If any sentence, clause, section or part of this chapter is for any reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, such unconstitutionally, illegality or invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections or parts of this chapter. It is hereby declared as the intent of the Council of the municipality of Summit Hill that this chapter would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid sentence, clause, section or part thereof not been included herein.

B. Any ordinance or part of any ordinance in conflict herewith is hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict.

C. In the event any provisions of this chapter conflict with the Borough Police Department's standard operating procedures, this chapter shall control.
