§ 90-3 Legislative authority.

This article is enacted pursuant to "The Borough Code," 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1001.

§ 90-4 Compensation.

Each Councilman of the Borough of Summit Hill shall receive compensation at the rate of $75 per month.
