Borough of Summit Hill, PA Article III Tax Collector

§ 90-5 Compensation.

The compensation for the Tax Collector of the Borough of Summit Hill shall be set as follows:

A. Three percent of the amount collected during the discount period, base period, and penalty period.

§ 90-6 Reimbursement for office expenses.

The Tax Collector shall be reimbursed the sum of $200 per calendar year for appropriate office expenses.

§ 90-7 Effective date.

The effective date of this article shall be January 1, 2018.
