As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
The residue from coal or other fuel.

Any dwelling or portion thereof, used or intended to be used by one family and providing complete housekeeping facilities thereof.
One or more individuals occupying a premises and living as a single nonprofit housekeeping unit.
Every waste accumulation of animal, vegetable, fruit or similar organic matter that attends the preparation, use, cooking, dealing in meat, fish, fowl, fruit or vegetable.
Any natural person, firm, copartnership, association or corporation.
Plastics, glass and clean cans, with no lids, also newspapers, magazines, inserts, junk mail, computer paper and cardboard, etc.
Inorganic waste, such as earth, stone, dangerous materials, such as poisons, acids, explosives, solid waste resulting from an industrial process and materials not prepared in accordance with the chapter.
Includes wood, rubber, cloth, leather or any other similar combustible material.
