Chapter 30 of the Town of Milton Municipal Code, entitled "Zoning," as originally enacted by ordinance of the Town Council on June 20, 1987, together with all subsequent amendments thereto is hereby repealed in its entirety as of the effective date of this chapter. In the event of an inconsistency between this chapter and any other Town ordinance or resolution, the provisions of this chapter shall be controlling. Such repeal or modification shall not affect or impair any act done, offense committed or right accrued or acquired, or liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred prior to the time such repeal or modification takes effect.
