All commercial and industrial establishments operating within
the Township of Upper Chichester, whether physically located in Upper
Chichester or physically located outside Upper Chichester, shall obtain
a use registration permit, as provided by rules and regulations established
by the Board of Commissioners from time to time, which shall be kept
on public display at such commercial and industrial establishments
located within Upper Chichester Township or a photocopy thereof maintained
by any person at all times conducting business for a commercial and
industrial establishment located outside the Township of Upper Chichester,
but conducting business in Upper Chichester, and shall be displayed
to any homeowner, resident or police officer upon request.

Each use registration permit shall be renewed annually, and
the annual renewal fee shall be fixed by resolution.

Failure to obtain a use registration permit, and/or failure
to renew said permit annually, and/or failure to pay the initial permit
fee and/or failure to pay the annual renewal fee, and/or failure to
publicly display said permit shall constitute a violation of this
chapter, and any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any
provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced
to pay a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000, together
with the costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such
fine and costs, shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not to
exceed 30 days. Every day that a violation of this chapter continues
shall constitute a separate offense.
