The Court of Special Sessions of the Village is authorized to
establish a Traffic Violations Bureau in relation to the disposition
of certain traffic violations of this chapter and of the Vehicle and
Traffic Law of the State of New York.

The Traffic Violations Bureau shall be in charge of such person
or persons and shall be open at such hours as the Court may, from
time to time, designate.
