It shall be the policy of the Town of Seneca
Falls (Board) to conduct all business with full disclosure to the
public.
The nature and requirements of all formal procedures
for applying for a permit and for requesting a permit under this Part
2 and for requesting a hearing shall be formulated by the Town of
Seneca Falls and be made available to any resident of the Town upon
request.
The Town of Seneca Falls shall formulate procedures
to make available to the public for inspection such orders, statements
of policy and interpretations used by the Town in the administration
of this Part 2. No rule, regulation or civil order shall be valid
until it has been available for public inspection.
