All residents and taxpayers of the Township of Jackson shall

A permit issued hereunder shall authorize use of the facility

of any such rules and regulations shall constitute grounds for revocation
by the agents or representatives of the Township Committee, whose
action therein shall be final. In the event of the revocation of any
permit or card issued hereunder, all moneys paid for on an account
thereof shall be forfeited to and be retained by the Township, and
the holder of such permit or card who violated such terms and conditions
shall be jointly and severally liable to the Township for all damages
and losses suffered by it in excess of the moneys so forfeited and
retained; but neither such forfeiture and retention by the Township
of the whole or any part of such moneys nor the recovery or collection
thereof of such damages, or both, shall in any manner relieve such
person or persons from liability to punishment for any violation of
any provision of this article or any other Township ordinance or rule
or regulation.
[Amended 4-21-1980 by Ord. No. 14-80]
The provisions of this article and all rules and regulations
