The purpose of the within chapter is to establish a fee for
returned checks to offset the administrative costs involved where
the municipality is inconvenienced by returned or dishonored checks.

There is hereby established a fee of $20 for any returned check
that was previously submitted to the Township for payment of any fee,
tax or other fees of Jackson Township.
