No person shall undertake to construct any new building or structure
in the Town without first meeting the requirements for a system or
facilities for the separate disposal of waterborne sewage, domestic
or trade wastes in accordance with applicable regulations of the Town
of Schroeppel, the Oswego County Department of Health and other governmental
authorities.
