A.
Subject to compliance with all applicable provisions of § 21-803.1
of the Transportation Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the
Mayor and City Council of Crisfield hereby establish the following
roads as school zones:
(1)
Crisfield High School and Academy: Any public road located within
a one-half-mile radius of Crisfield High School and Academy.
(2)
Crisfield Christian Academy: Any public road located within a one-half-mile
radius of Crisfield Christian Academy.
(3)
Carter G. Woodson Elementary: Any public road located within a one-half-mile
radius of Carter G. Woodson Elementary.
(4)
Crisfield Headstart: Any public road located within a one-half-mile
radius of Crisfield Headstart.
B.
The maximum speed limits on municipal roads in any school zone shall
be the current posted speed limit, as set forth in the City's schedule
of speed limits, a copy of which shall be kept on file with the City
Clerk.
