With respect to any contract entered by the Town which involves
the removal of topsoil from a Town site, provision shall be made for
storage or re-use of said topsoil within the Town. The Director of
Public Works or his designee shall approve or determine the place
and manner of any such storage within the Town. The Director of Public
Works, subject to the final approval by the Town Manager, may waive
the re-use or storage of said topsoil if it is determined that it
would not serve the best interests of the Town.
The provisions of this section shall be made a part of any contract
entered by the Town which involves the removal of topsoil from a Town
site.
