A.
Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be punishable
by a fine not exceeding $250.
B.
The imposition of penalties herein prescribed shall not preclude
the Village or any person from instituting appropriate legal action
or proceedings to prevent an unlawful subdivision or to strike a filed
map or to invoke any of the remedies contained in any covenant or
instrument conditioned upon the approval of said plat.
