Any person, firm, corporation or any other entity responsible
for the management of a residential condominium/apartment complex,
as the term "manager" is defined in G.L. c.183A, § 1, shall
be responsible for supplying and maintaining recycling containers
suitable for the recyclable materials being collected by the Town.
Any dumpster used to satisfy the requirements of this by-law shall meet all requirements set forth in §
160-4 of the Revised By-Laws of the Town.
Failure to comply with the terms of this by-law shall result
in a written warning.
Any violation of this by-law that follows the issuance of a written warning shall be subject to enforcement under the provisions of §
1-6 of these By-laws.
